Meaning

The grid-column-start property specifies a grid item's start position within the grid column by contributing a line, a span, or nothing (automatic) to its grid placement. This start position defines the block-start edge of the grid area.

auto This is default value. Specifies that the item will be placed following the flow.
span n Specifies that the number of columns the item will span.
column-line On which column to start the display of the item.
initial Sets this property to its default value.
inherit If specified, the associated element takes the computed value of its parent element animation-delay property.
revert Reverts the cascaded value of the property from its current value to the value the property
revert-layer Rollback styles to the ones specified in previous cascade layers.
unset Resets a property to its inherited value if the property naturally inherits from its parent, and to its initial value if not.
